We present a unified mechanical solution to the three "Great Glitches" of modern physics: the Neutron Lifetime Anomaly, the Dark Matter Rotation Curve, and the Hubble Tension. By defining the vacuum as a high-pressure 1D/2D manifold with a specific elastic limit—the Manifold Elasticity Constant (MEC) or Puzinas Quench (εMEC = 0. 138%) —we demonstrate that subatomic particles are 3D pressurized vessels and gravity is a restorative buoyancy force. Experimental verification against the SPARC database and particle beam data yields a structural match accuracy of >99%.
