ICMM-FW-07 introduces a first exploration of the emergence of an informational dynamic field within transformational networks in the framework of the ICMM model (Complex Multi-Magnetic Information). Previous works established the ontological architecture of the model as well as the principles of multi-scale informational dynamics described within the STIM framework. However, the way in which local dynamics may structure themselves from these principles within a network of interactions remained to be formalized. This study introduces a formalization of a local informational dynamic field based on informational coherence, oriented potential, and dynamic intensity. These quantities allow the definition of an informational flow field whose divergence and curl characterize the organization of the system. Three exploratory simulations are conducted to investigate the emergence and robustness of this dynamic mechanism. The results show the spontaneous appearance of structured informational flows, the emergence of source-sink configurations, and the presence of rotational structures. This work represents a conceptual bridge between the multi-scale informational dynamics introduced in ICMM-FW-06 and the investigation of nonlinear dynamic regimes that will be explored in ICMM-FW-08.
