Key Points

  • The aim is to introduce Eigenstrate Theory, explaining how multiple independent substrates coexist with distinct physical laws.
  • Developed a speculative cosmological model of independent Eigenstrates.
  • Identified six Eigenstrates: Positron, Gravity, Weak Force, Electron, Physics, and Time.
  • Connected the theory to de Broglie-Bohm pilot-wave mechanics and proposed five falsifiable predictions.
  • Gravity is shown to penetrate all Eigenstrates, unifying various cosmic phenomena.
  • The model provides insights into dark matter, quantum behaviors, and the arrow of time.
  • A mathematical appendix details preliminary quantitative treatments, framing future research directions.

Abstract

This paper proposes Eigenstrate Theory (고유기질론), a speculative cosmological thought-experiment model interpreting the universe as a structure composed of multiple independent Eigenstrates. "Eigenstrate" is a neologism coined in this paper — from German eigen ("own") and Latin stratum ("substrate") — denoting an independent substrate with its own physical laws, co-occupying the same space as other Eigenstrates while remaining imperceptible from within any other. It is distinct from the existing physics term "eigenstate." The model identifies six Eigenstrates: Positron, Gravity, Weak Force, Electron, Physics, and Time. Gravity alone penetrates all Eigenstrates as a directional stream, providing a unified qualitative account of dark matter, the hierarchy problem, quantum nonlocality, the black hole information paradox, the cosmological constant problem, the arrow of time, wave function collapse, matter-antimatter asymmetry, and cosmic acceleration. The paper includes a connection to de Broglie-Bohm pilot-wave mechanics, five falsifiable observational predictions, and a mathematical appendix with preliminary quantitative treatments. This is a conceptual framework paper. Mathematical formalization is acknowledged as absent and left as a future challenge.please send me in "prange668@gmail.com"
