A K-essence scalar field theory of the dark sector with zero continuously adjustable free parameters. The Fibonacci mass spectrum emerges from S-matrix unitarity as the unique long-lived additive spectrum, predicting the MOND acceleration scale a₀ = cH₀/ (2π), the gravitational coupling αS = 1/φ, and the Compton wavelength λ = 182 kpc. Tested against 171 SPARC galaxies, the predicted acceleration scale outperforms the empirically calibrated MOND value (104/171 wins, p = 2. 35 × 10⁻⁶, Wilcoxon signed-rank). Eight independent falsification criteria are stated. Analysis code: https: //github. com/wavarr/uct-paper
