Abstract: This technical report applies the PR-TAU v2. 2 proportional resonance formalism to the multi-planetary system HAT-P-13, a high-priority target for the James Webb Space Telescope (JWST). Using the Harmonic Frequency Modulation (HFM) filter, we demonstrate that the HAT-P-13b and HAT-P-13c pair is locked onto a dual torsion signature (k=6 and k=896), governing the observed forced eccentricity stability. The application of the Z-Matrix predicts an internal structure for HAT-P-13b featuring a dense silicate and metal core (10–15 M_), resulting from forced crystallization under the torsion pressure of node k=6. We anticipate an asymmetric thermal emission signature revealing a high atmosphere enriched in carbon monoxide and silicate vapors. This diagnostic provides a critical benchmark to validate the vacuum stiffness constant T against forthcoming results from the JWST atmospheric mapping program.
