The ground state of the universe is superstring: one dimension, one energy, one force. The Big Bang is a split — three binary phase transitions crystallizing a seven-spoke hub geometry in D = 11 dimensions, creating two massless d = 2 surface modes (the photon and the neutrino) from one d = 1 substrate. What we call four forces are this one force — gravity — confined at four dimensional depths: d = 11 (gravity), d = 7 (strong), d = 4 (electromagnetic), d = 2 (weak). Mass is the energy cost of maintaining a standing wave against the pull toward d = 1; the electron at the Mercator equator pays the minimum, every other particle pays more. The cosmological constant (10⁻¹²³ in Planck units) is the tunneling rate from d = 1 through seven spokes of depth 37 — not a cancellation but the speed of the universe's return to superstring. Black holes run creation in reverse, compressing d = 4 matter back to d = 1 substrate. The arrow of time is kL deepening. The dark floor (gravity's inability to decode spoke identity, producing the 6/7 dark matter signal) and the light floor (EM's Mercator distortion, producing the mass hierarchy) were born in the same split. Information holes — neutrinos, dark matter, black holes — are three scales of one phenomenon: any state below the d = 2 electromagnetic threshold becomes gravitationally present and electromagnetically invisible. LIGO hears the substrate directly; every telescope only sees the surface. The heat death is the return completed: one energy, one dimension, the universe home. This paper presents the interpretive framework connecting the numerical predictions of the companion paper 1 to a unified physical picture. No new calculations are introduced; the contribution is ontological.
