Electronic development has become an integral part of human life, permeating every aspect of our existence. Technology now permeates all our activities, and naturally, administration cannot rely on traditional methods in the face of this rapid evolution, which is increasingly linked to the public interest. The world is moving towards streamlining procedures, saving time and effort, and accomplishing more with less, this is where the importance of e-government has emerged, enabling it to meet the needs of public institutions and achieve the common good. One of the most prominent developments in this field is artificial intelligence, which is now relied upon in most administrative tasks, including decision-making. However, while this has its advantages, its implementation without specific regulatory frameworks will likely lead to adverse consequences in the near future, especially given the current weakness of the infrastructure required for such systems. To ensure a comprehensive understanding of all aspects of this study, it has been divided according to a scientific plan, as follows:Section One: The Nature of Artificial Intelligence in the Field of Administrative Decisions. This section is divided into two parts: the first defines the concept of artificial intelligence in the field of administrative decisions, and the second addresses the concept of administrative decision-making and its relationship to artificial intelligence.Section Two: Artificial Intelligence and the Automation of Administrative Decisions. This section is also divided into two parts: the first defines the automated administrative decision, and the second explains its implementation.
