The world is moving towards streamlining procedures, saving time and effort, and accomplishing more with less, this is where the importance of e-government has emerged, enabling it to meet the needs of public institutions and achieve the common good. One of the most prominent developments in this field is artificial intelligence, which is now relied upon in most administrative tasks, including decision-making. However, while this has its advantages, its implementation without specific regulatory frameworks will likely lead to adverse consequences in the near future, especially given the current weakness of the infrastructure required for such systems. To ensure a comprehensive understanding of all aspects of this study, it has been divided according to a scientific plan, as follows:Section One: The Nature of Artificial Intelligence in the Field of Administrative Decisions.
