The issue of instigating political crises by some states arises from the necessity to achieve their personal interests at the expense of another state. The acting state uses its pressure on the weaknesses of the other state for political, economic, and social reasons. Moreover, preparedness for crises is considered one of the most important elements of crisis management through the availability of methods and means to prevent these crises, and by paying attention to the early signs of the danger of instigating this or that crisis before it occurs, while preparing means to address it when it happens, which means having a (futuristic vision and awareness of reality). It is very difficult to prevent something that has not been anticipated as likely to occur, as the goal of crisis prevention lies in identifying weaknesses and addressing them before they are exploited by adversaries, inflicting harm and causing the crisis to escalate to its peak with undesirable consequences.
