The authors present examination and treatment of a patient with erythematotelangiectatic subtype of rosacea. Treatment included broadband-pulsed light therapy and silicon magnetophoresis applied to skin areas with vascular lesions. Silicon magnetophoresis in addition to light therapy resulted in faster regression of facial skin lesions in a patient taking weight-loss medications and GLP-1 receptor antagonists.
