Abstract

We present a minimal mathematical framework that unifies gravity and electromagnetism in one structure (the Martin Unified Field Framework) and materializes as the known equations of general relativity and Maxwell theory, with the same constants c and G. The framework yields one testable observable: the relative difference in propagation speed δc = (cg - c) /c, where cg is the speed of gravitational waves and c is the speed of light. From the unified structural shape governing propagation we predict δc = 0 exactly. We locked this prediction before comparing to data. Comparison to the multi-messenger event GW170817 constrains |δc| 10⁻¹⁵ would falsify it. We state the axioms (A1–A6), derived theorems, and the arguments that support or could deny the framework.
