Abstract

This study investigates the impact of Business Intelligence (BI) system adoption on supply chain performance across multiple dimensions, including forecasting accuracy, inventory optimization, supplier relationship management, and logistics efficiency. Employing a mixed-methods research design with data from 178 professionals, the findings reveal that organizations with mature BI implementations achieve significant improvements in demand forecasting accuracy (23.4%) and inventory turnover. The research contributes a conceptual framework for BI-driven supply chain transformation.
