This Zenodo record contains three linked manuscripts in the Persistence Defined Ontology research program derived from the CUF empirical record. Together, the manuscripts form a staged discovery architecture that moves from ontology construction, to equation bearing class derivation, to a first class specific object test sequence. The first manuscript, Toward a Persistence Defined Ontology: A Provisional CUF Classification of Known and Unknown Physical Classes, develops a provisional class system for known and unknown physical entities and organizes the unknown into structured physical classes rather than an undifferentiated remainder. It introduces classes including Corridions, Mesophases, Cliffions, Notchions, Ruleons, Orientons, and Observons, while also situating known entities within broader ontology families. The second manuscript, Toward a Persistence Defined Ontology II: Derived Classes, Governing Equations, and Detection Programs, advances selected classes from provisional naming into constrained, equation bearing discovery targets. It supplies minimal governing equations, persistence criteria, count variables, exclusion rules, and explicit detection programs for Corridions, Orientons, and Observons. The third manuscript, Vectorid Study Program, develops the first class specific execution path within this ontology program. It identifies the Vectorid as an alignment stabilized Corridion target and specifies a locked three study sequence focused on clean-substrate alignment restoration, cross-substrate transfer, and mechanism audit. Taken together, these manuscripts define a bounded, falsifiable discovery program: from ontology extension, to derived class laws, to targeted empirical promotion criteria. They do not claim confirmed new particles or finalized physical species; instead, they establish a structured framework for class conditioned search, exclusion, and possible future promotion within the persistence-defined ontology program.
