As systems grow more complex and interconnected, customer satisfaction has become a crucial element in decision-making, especially where transparency and trust are non-negotiable. This research introduces a new framework that merges Mixed Integer Linear Programming (MILP) with Blockchain Technology (BT) to improve decision accuracy while reinforcing stakeholder trust. The MILP model is crafted with customer needs at its core, striking a balance between service goals and the practical limits of operations and resources. It excels in delivering optimal results in smaller-scale environments and acts as a valuable reference for evaluating the performance of more expansive systems. Meanwhile, Blockchain is integrated directly into the decision-making process to ensure that data remains intact, verifiable, and fully transparent. With decentralized validation built into every step, the model fosters a strong sense of accountability and reliability among all involved parties. Experimental simulations confirm the strength of this integrated approach, showing measurable gains in operational performance and in how trustworthy the system is perceived to be. This work offers a forward-looking perspective on how cutting-edge optimization techniques can be combined with decentralized trust solutions to better serve customer-centric strategies in today’s fast-evolving environments.
