Background: Anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) injuries are among the most common knee injuries, often requiring surgical reconstruction followed by structured rehabilitation. Physiotherapy plays a crucial role in restoring functional mobility, muscle strength, and joint stability. Objective: This study aimed to evaluate the effectiveness of a structured physiotherapy rehabilitation program in patients following ACL reconstruction. Methods: A clinical study was conducted on patients who underwent ACL reconstruction. Participants received a structured physiotherapy rehabilitation protocol including range of motion exercises, strengthening, and functional training. Outcome measures included pain (VAS), range of motion (ROM), and muscle strength (MMT), assessed before and after the intervention. Results: The study demonstrated significant improvements in pain reduction, increased range of motion, and enhanced muscle strength following rehabilitation. Functional outcomes showed progressive recovery over the study period. Conclusion: Structured physiotherapy rehabilitation is effective in improving clinical and functional outcomes after ACL reconstruction. Early and consistent rehabilitation is essential for optimal recovery.
