Report on level of engagement impacts

CHANGES – Cultural Heritage Active Innovation for Sustainable Society – is a project carried out by awide public-private partnership between universities, research centres and private companies, withinthe frame of the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (NRRP), Mission 4 “Education and Research” –Component 2 “From Research to Business”. The project includes activities that provide instruments andsupport to didactics and scientific/technological research in the field of protection and enhancement ofcultural heritage.Starting from a back-office analysis of the available documentation, the main activity lines of the projectwere taken into exam, with the aim of an organic rendering of the total of the activities carried out andof the results expected. CoopCulture operated in the framework of Spoke 9 – “Cultural Resources forSustainable Tourism” as co-leader together with Ca’Foscari University of Venice. In consideration of therole of co-leader played by CoopCulture in Spoke 9 and of the activities involved in the specific spoke,the present activity aims at working out a system apt to measure the impacts of user experience and ofthe involvement of partners and stakeholders, as seen from the perspective of internal, external andcommunity mutuality.
