This study systematically reviews the impact of the digital transformation on Human Resource Management (HRM) practices. It investigates how emerging digital technologies are reshaping HRM processes, enhancing employee productivity, and promoting organizational adaptability in an increasingly digitalized environment. The analysis is grounded in a systematic literature review of peer-reviewed journal articles published over the past decade. Through thematic analysis, the study identifies key developments, challenges, and opportunities associated with digital HRM. The findings reveal that digitalization has profoundly transformed HRM by enabling data-driven decision-making, AI-powered talent management, automation of routine HR functions, and the enhancement of employee experiences through digital platforms. However, the study also highlights significant barriers to adoption, including skills shortages, concerns about data privacy, and organizational resistance to change. By synthesizing current knowledge on the digital transformation of HR practices, this review contributes to the evolving discourse on the future of HRM in the digital era.
