This work proposes that black holes and the universe itself are structured “pocket spaces” containing hidden mass and energy. Matter and light that cross an event horizon enter these regions and no longer exist in our observable dimension, yet their gravitational influence remains. Hidden motion within these pocket spaces generates gravitational effects without interacting with light, providing an alternative explanation for dark matter. At larger scales, the cumulative behavior of pocket spaces produces outward pressure, offering a possible mechanism for cosmic expansion and dark energy. This framework unifies galaxy rotation curves, cluster dynamics, gravitational lensing, and cosmic expansion within a single mechanism. Initial calculations for dwarf galaxies and Milky Way scale systems show consistency with observed velocities when environmental scaling is included.
