The Orchestrated Objective Reduction (Orch-OR) theory posits that conscious experience arises from quantum-gravitational collapses of coherent superpositions within neuronal microtubules. Here we present a novel, mathematically unified framework - Orch-OR Crystallographic Spacetime Reconstruction (Orch-OR-CSR) - that integrates Orch-OR with the principles of X-ray crystallography. In this model, microtubule tubulin dimers act as a biological quantum crystal whose conformational superpositions generate a Fourier-space diffraction pattern in the spacetime geometry itself. Gravitational self-energy, expressed via the reciprocal-lattice structure factors, simultaneously determines the objective-reduction timescale and supplies the measurable intensities. Orchestrated collapses across the lattice provide the phase information required for a complete inverse Fourier transform, yielding the organized spacetime geometry that is subjectively experienced as three-dimensional reality. The framework is exhaustive in its treatment of the microtubule lattice symmetry, Fröhlich-type coherent oscillations, gravitational energy calculations in Fourier space, phase retrieval via biological orchestration, and the final reconstruction step. It is directly falsifiable through comparison of measured tubulin conformational difference densities (from existing X-ray structures) with predicted Orch-OR timescales and is illustrated by a classical cymatic analogy in which sound-driven standing waves in a thin film mirror the quantum-gravitational patterning process. Orch-OR-CSR thereby places the generation of conscious reality on precisely the same crystallographic footing as laboratory molecular structure determination, with the microtubule lattice serving as both the diffracting crystal and the observer.
