Abstract

【摘要】 目的: 探究1型糖尿病(type 1 diabetes mellitus,T1DM)患儿的血脂代谢特点及其与胰岛素抵抗的相关性。 方法: 随机选取2024年5月—2025年5月青海省妇女儿童医院收治的T1DM患儿98例作为研究对象,将其纳入研究组,另外选取98例健康儿童作为对照组,比较两组的血脂指标差异;计算患儿胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR),根据HOMA-IR的中位数进行分组,分为高HOMA-IR组和低HOMA-IR组,比较两组的血脂指标差异,采用Pearson分析法分析T1DM患儿的血脂指标与HOMA-IR的相关性。 结果: 研究组的总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)均高于对照组,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)低于对照组(PPP>0.05);Pearson分析结果显示,T1DM患儿的HOMA-IR与TG均呈正相关性,与HDL-C呈负相关性(PP>0.05)。 结论: T1DM患儿血脂代谢特征为TC、TG、LDL-C升高及HDL-C降低,且患儿的胰岛素抵抗水平与TG、HDL-C显著相关,这可为临床中治疗策略的制订提供参考。
