Objectives: To report a rare presentation of palatal hemangiopericytoma and highlight its clinical behavior, diagnostic challenges, and management outcomes. Methods: A middle-aged male patient presented with a firm, non-tender posterior palatal swelling. Clinical examination and histopathological analysis were performed to establish the diagnosis. Surgical excision with partial maxillectomy was undertaken with wide local margins. Results: Histopathological evaluation confirmed hemangiopericytoma. The postoperative period was uneventful with satisfactory healing. The patient has been under regular follow-up for three months with no evidence of recurrence. Conclusions: Palatal hemangiopericytoma, although rare, should be considered in the differential diagnosis of asymptomatic oral masses. Early diagnosis and complete surgical excision with long-term surveillance are essential due to its premalignant potential and unpredictable biological behavior.
