The possibility of single- and tri-nucleon decays that violate baryon number conservation is predicted in several extensions of the Standard Model. The main goal of the GERDA experiment was to search for neutrinoless double beta decay of Ge. In addition, other important results of GERDA were obtained in searching for various processes beyond the Standard Model. They include the search for a possible manifestation of inclusive, mode-independent decays of single neutrons and protons, as well as certain modes of tri-nucleon decay in Ge nucleus. The results of such investigations are presented.
