This study analyses the financial terrain of MSMEs in Haryana, focusing on the specific challenges and credit accessibility within the Hisar district. The analytical techniques had been implemented upon the taken specific variables, explores major hypothesis in detail related to the financial sector's landscape. One hypothesis examines the relationship between challenges in accessing finance and their impact on annual turnover, acknowledging that limited access to capital often constrains growth and revenue generation. Another delves into how problems in availing finance affect the profit percentage of MSMEs, identifying critical barriers that erode profitability. Furthermore, the study analyses the implications of working capital requirements on business operations, recognizing its pivotal role in day-to-day liquidity and sustained growth. The paper sheds light on the deterrents in the way to attain finance from external sources for the required capital. The analysis done here with respect to particular geographical area examine the specific issues related to availability of finance from financial institutions and their effects on to performance of organisation. Much valuable insights had been offered to the MSMEs of Hisar and to others as have commonality in state to tackle with the finance availability issues in order to have effective policy implementation with efficient support mechanism and productive development.
