Abstract

This paper presents a closed operator-theoretic framework that unifies microscopic dynamical stability with macroscopic field geometry through the mechanism of spectral gap amplification. We define a fundamental interaction between a generative operator (Omega) and an idempotent contractive projector (Sigma), proving that the infinite spectral limit (Xi to infinity) drives a universal phase transition. In the microscopic regime, we derive the "Solipsistic Phase," where the Gibbs state of a high-dimensional system collapses into a rank-one ground-state projector. We provide analytical and numerical evidence (validated via JAX-accelerated compute) that this transition suppresses von Neumann entropy toward zero and concentrates Fisher information, offering a formal mechanism for quantum measurement and decoherence arrest. In the macroscopic regime, we apply a gap-regularized spectral-action framework to a compact four-dimensional spin manifold. We demonstrate that the same Sigma-projection parameter responsible for microscopic stability yields a canonical field law—the Kim-Einstein Law—which recovers Einstein gravity with renormalized constants. This synthesis provides a first-principles resolution for flat rotation-curve plateaus in galactic dynamics without the requirement of heuristic dark matter assumptions. Numerical telemetry confirms exponential convergence of the overlap defect, establishing the framework's validity across a 100,000-dimensional state space.
