B14: Supplementary Note for BRISM: Logical Consistency, Assumption Structure, and Non-Circularity Analysis

This Supplementary Note provides a concise, reviewer‑oriented verification of the logical structure underlying the BRane Interface Substrate Model (BRISM). It documents the exact assumptions used in the framework, shows how they propagate to the Born‑quadrature selection, the invariant π‑geometry, and the IR refinement of the fine‑structure constant, and demonstrates the absence of circular dependencies. All dimensionless invariants, numerical evaluations, and phenomenological applications (CMB low‑ℓ envelope, cusp–core regularization) are reproduced using only the internal BRISM structure and published reference values, without introducing fitted parameters or additional model dynamics. The note also clarifies the strict IR domain of validity, the role of symmetry‑layer independence, and the minimal algebraic completion employed for the first‑order refinement.
