Florid cemento-osseous dysplasia (FOD) is a benign fibro-osseous condition characterized by the replacement of normal bone with cementum-like, poorly cellular calcified material within a fibrous connective tissue matrix. The lesions are typically bilateral and symmetrical. This report describes a case of a 52-year-old female who presented with pain and swelling in the right mandibular posterior region for one month. Cone-beam computed tomography (CBCT) revealed multiple radiopaque lesions involving both sides of the mandible. Based on clinical and radiographic correlation, a diagnosis of FOD was established.
