本文聚焦智慧化技术赋能下高速公路施工安全管理体系的构建与优化。传统高速公路施工安全管理存在 信息传递滞后、资源分配失衡、风险预警依赖经验等痛点,智慧化转型势在必行。智慧化技术通过物联网、大数据、 AI、数字孪生等实现从“被动响应”到“主动防御”的转变,构建起全要素覆盖、全流程管控的体系。通过数据治 理、组织变革、人才培养等路径优化体系,并以楚大高速扩容工程项目为例验证成效。智慧化技术正引领高速公路施 工安全管理新范式,未来将迈向更高阶段。
