Key Points

  • The study aims to develop measures to prevent deposits in coke oven gas delivery pipelines.
  • Calculated parameters of the gas delivery process
  • Implemented reduced heating in gas blowers
  • Proposed a system for rapid discharge of deposit-forming materials
  • Effective reduction in deposits within the pipelines
  • Demonstrated improvements in gas blower efficiency
  • Proposed solutions showed practical applicability in field settings

Abstract

Measures are developed for preventing deposits in the delivery pipelines for coke oven gas: specifically, reduced heating of the coke oven gas in the gas blowers; and more rapid discharge of the deposit-forming materials from the pipelines. The parameters of the process are calculated, and a system for preventing deposits is proposed.
