Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) analysis is used to study the flow and heat transfer characteristics inside a hot air generator. The main objective of this study is to analyze the temperature distribution, velocity profile, and pressure variation of hot air within the system. A three-dimensional model of the hot air generator is created and simulated using CFD software to understand the behavior of airflow and heat transfer. The analysis helps in identifying areas of heat loss, flow recirculation, and uneven temperature distribution. By optimizing the design parameters, the performance and thermal efficiency of the hot air generator can be improved. The results obtained from the CFD simulation provide useful insights for enhancing system efficiency, reducing energy consumption, and ensuring uniform hot air distribution in industrial applications.
