Abstract: This treatise introduces the Infinite Boxes Model (IBM), a novel ontological framework that redefines the fundamental nature of reality, time, and quantum superposition. Counter to the standard interpretation of superposition as a coexistence of mutually exclusive classical states, the IBM posits it as a superposition of paths—a permanent state of infinite potential. Reality is conceptualized as a recursive sequence of path differentiations, or "door openings." Within this framework, the universe consists of a lattice of uniform fundamental units, which function as "Cosmic Stem Cells," each containing a fundamental charge (q) and an embedded code. The transition from a quantum state to classical reality is not a passive discovery, but an active choice executed by a Causal Agent. Each choice collapses the infinite potential into a specific, momentary reality, which immediately reverts to a state of superposition regarding the subsequent step. Thus, superposition serves as the perpetual "fuel" of the ontological engine, ensuring all future options remain open. The model dictates that superposition is the only permanent reality, while classical reality is a momentary, continuous illusion generated as the system moves recursively from one choice to the next.
