Abstract

摘要： 目的 探讨深刺环跳结合温针灸对于治疗根性坐骨神经痛的临床疗效。 方法 选取2024年6月—2025年6月太和县中医院根性坐骨神经痛患者60例，利用随机法分为治疗组和对照组，各30例。治疗组给予深刺环跳结合温针灸，每日1次；对照组给予常规针刺环跳，每日1次。2组均治疗2个疗程，1个疗程10天。观察治疗前和治疗后患者疼痛视觉模拟量表（vas）评分及血清白细胞介素-6（il-6）、5-羟色胺（5-Ht）水平的变化，并比较2组临床疗效。 结果 治疗后，2组vas评分、il-6和5-Ht水平均较治疗前明显降低，且治疗组vas评分、il-6和5-Ht水平降低较对照组更明显（pp 结论 深刺环跳结合温针灸治疗根性坐骨神经痛的效果优于常规针刺环跳，可以更有效地减轻患者疼痛，对临床应用有借鉴意义。
