We report a v3 theory-lane freeze of the S13 Strong Nexus framework under a strict falsification ledger with predeclared pass/fail gates and frozen formulas. For this Zenodo release-candidate, scope is locked to TF-223. . TF-900, with reproducible script/dataset artifacts, range-level run summaries, and a hash-locked package manifest and rollup audit (freeze stamp: 20260404₁34900). The framework is evaluated as a zero-parameter geometric program at gate time: predictions are generated from fixed frozen formulas and tested against fixed reference envelopes; no post-hoc threshold tuning or formula retuning is allowed within the frozen scope. Crucially, the ledger preserves both supported and falsified outcomes as first-class results. This record is therefore a constrained, auditable falsification program with explicit boundaries and reproducibility controls, not a claim of complete first-principles closure across all sectors. Any extensions beyond TF-900 require a new freeze stamp, rerun artifacts, and updated manifest locks.
