Qualia as Alpha-Grounded Semantic Content Paper 65 of the NEMS Suite

Paper 63 proved the Alpha theorem: there exists a necessary pre-categorial ontological ground of reflexive reality. Paper 64 proved grounded existence: whatever exists is Alpha-grounded. Paper 55 established that known qualia are on-ledger semantic content and that qualia cannot be reduced to syntax. The present paper closes the loop. We prove the safe theorem that known qualia are irreducible semantic content whose actuality is Alpha-grounded. This is the theorem-grade result (Layer A). We then state a stronger optional hypothesis (Layer B): qualia as Alpha-manifestation, according to which the quale of x is the mode of Alpha proper to x.
