Abstract Taking the K₀ zero-state primordial field as the only ultimate physical substrate of the universe, and strictly abiding by the 12-character core axiomatic system of "Unity of Substance and Function, Tri-Nature Recursion, Topological Conservation", this paper completes a purely logical deduction of the existence of the least action and the origin of energy quantization. First, the paper clarifies the core premise of energy manifestation—that topological coupling interlocking (i.e., the process of multiple elementary excitations forming stable topological correlations) is the only way for energy manifestation at the level of interaction; a single elementary excitation is merely an energy latent state, with no exchangeable or measurable energy of observational significance. Furthermore, based on the dual constraints of stability and economy from the axiom of tri-nature recursion, and the global constraint of the axiom of topological conservation, it is rigorously proven that the minimal topological coupling of double elementary excitations corresponds to the universal, indivisible least action of the universe. Finally, the physical essence of the reduced Planck constant is clarified—it is the measured physical value of the minimal topological coupling action of the elementary units of the K₀ field, and energy quantization is a direct logical consequence of the indivisibility of the least action, rather than an accidental phenomenon in the microcosm. This paper makes up for the core limitation of existing studies that fail to touch the fundamental logic of energy quantization, and provides a self-consistent and complete fundamental perspective for the underlying unification of basic physical laws. Keywords K₀ zero-state primordial field; energy quantization; least action; elementary excitation; topological coupling interlocking; reduced Planck constant
