Kyushu Institute of Technology has been progressively developing an IR system since fiscal year 2022.The initial implementation connected a data lake server with an ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) server, delivering diverse capabilities such as visualization of grade distributions, automated generation of infection reports, and seamless integration with academic administration systems.During fiscal year 2024, the system underwent significant enhancement through strategic partnership with the Student Support Division, facilitating integrated IR operations that combine student support information-including health examination records, counseling data, and lifestyle patterns-with academic performance data.This paper presents the automation of data gathering, transformation, analysis, and dissemination processes within the information support framework using programmatically controllable tools, while also discussing novel insights obtained through the convergence of student support services and IR, along with the progression toward digital transformation (DX).
