UST v5 extends the ten-theorem framework of v2 with fifteen new theorems (T11-T25) derived from the Blueprint-Manifest ontological duality: Nb=0. 63354460 (theoretical intent, Channel C) vs Nₘ=0. 63353522 (empirical action, Channel Q), separated by RA=9. 38e-6. New results span five domains: (1) Particle physics — T11 hadronic sector correction (ATLAS+LHCb 13 TeV, RMS 0. 43%) (2) CMB cosmology — T12/T13 temperature and polarisation gears with SU (3) /sqrt (3) link (Delta 0. 13-0. 46%) (3) Astrophysics — T17 black hole Omnium horizon (rOm=rS/Nb), T24 neutron star compactness (C=TOm=0. 233) (4) Civilisational physics — T18-T22 Kardashev-5 scale with UST energy thresholds (5) Cyclic cosmology — T25: Big Bang as Channel inversion, TOm=0. 23253 conserved exactly across all cycles Hubble tension resolved: H0ₗocal/H0Planck = 1+Nb*Ccb² = 1. 0851 (observed 1. 0831, Delta%=0. 18%). Overall RMS across 9 primary measurements from LIGO O4a, CERN ATLAS Open Data, LHCb DVNTuple, and SPT-CMB 150GHz: 0. 43%, zero free parameters.
