This paper fixes non-variation as a structural condition within a non-modal structural system. Variation is not introduced and not constituted. Change is not introduced and not constituted. No variation of difference is introduced. Non-variation is not defined through change, difference, or transformation. This fixation does not apply to dynamic systems, variable quantities, or empirical change. It does not describe empirical systems. Non-variation is fixed as non-constitution of variation.
