Zkopíruj toto: Speculative preprint constructing cosmology as a map. A 10-dimensional fractal Möbius network generated by the golden ratio φ (Hurwitz theorem — maximally irrational) collapses via 13-layer IFS cascade into emergent 3+1D spacetime. Gravity is entropic (Verlinde 2016, Chae 2024): F = TKMS · ∇SA. Mass is a spectral invariant of the graph Laplacian. Time is 1D entropy gradient. Speed of light is a topological invariant of the Dirac operator. Quantum entanglement is a topological edge with zero spectral distance — not a transmitted signal. Force hierarchy (strong → EM → weak → gravity) emerges from φ^-k scaling. Synthesis with OUEFT (Rinehart). 10 falsifiable predictions including 15–30% decoherence suppression in squeezed PDC, Hubble tension 5–8%, CMB B-mode excess, hexagonal anisotropy.
