This work presents a comprehensive physical model based on the topological quantization of space and time. The introduction of discrete dimensional quanta and their geometric concatenation creates a seamless mathematical basis from which established natural constants - such as the speed of light, Planck's quantum of action and the gravitational constant - can be necessarily derived. A central focus of this work is the experimental verification (metrology) of the theoretical postulates. A detailed, replicable experimental setup is presented, which is based on the principles of dynamic core orientation (according to Alzofon). In a dedicated magnetic reactor (1.4 Tesla continuous wave magnetic field combined with an orthogonal 11 MHz high-frequency excitation on a dielectric quartz resonator), the methodology for generating measurable macroscopic inertial and gravitational anomalies is presented. The work provides far-reaching technical specifications, from impedance matching to precise Larmor resonance. In addition, the model extends these laboratory findings to macroscopic and cosmological phenomena. Through the mathematical inversion of the dimensional axes, concepts of imaginary and negative matter are derived, which offer new solutions for the inner structure of black holes and phase transitions in the space-time structure. The work concludes with a fundamental synthesis of Einstein's field equation, which stretches the arc from the most elementary topological quantum geometry to the general theory of relativity.
