ABSTRACT This case reports a patient with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease who developed immune checkpoint inhibitor‐associated pneumonia following immunotherapy, complicated by invasive pulmonary aspergillosis. Such cases are rare and pose diagnostic challenges in clinical practice. The successful diagnosis and treatment of this patient provide a valuable reference for clinical management.
