Structural Health Monitoring (SHM) plays a vital role in ensuring the safety and functionality of aging infrastructure. A fundamental component of SHM is the accurate measurement of vibration-response time histories. In practice, such data are often contaminated by environmental and instrumental noise. This paper presents a MATLAB framework for simulating structural vibration responses, incorporating Gaussian noise to emulate real-world uncertainties. The program uses the Newmark–Beta integration method to compute dynamic responses of a lumped-mass system under base excitation, while also performing eigenvalue analysis, frequency-domain transformation, and statistical visualization. Validation was conducted on a five-story 3D steel frame model subjected to the El-Centro earthquake record.
