This work presents a generalized lattice response framework for gravity, in which gravitational phenomena are interpreted as emergent responses of an underlying spacetime structure. The proposed model extends beyond scalar acceleration laws by incorporating effective vector acceleration and geometric averaging. Within this framework, a single response engine is shown to consistently describe galactic rotation curves, strong gravitational lensing, and early-universe black hole seed formation. This work is provided as an independent research proposal. It is not intended as a finalized or complete theory, and no claim of authority is made. The purpose is to present a testable structure and allow independent verification or rejection by others. No further explanation or discussion is provided by the author. The results are made available as-is for open evaluation.
