Abstract This paper develops the concept of an ascetic society of internal stimulus as the next evolutionary stage of human cognitive organization. Building on the author’s theoretical systems — Implant Cognitive Evaluation (ICE), Dominanta X, and ICE–N — the article proposes a social model in which hormonal satisfaction is generated by internal cognitive development rather than by external sensory or consumer stimuli. The framework describes a transition from heteronomous cognition, dominated by ideological and consumerist implants, toward a neuroethical civilization grounded in cognitive honesty, rational asceticism, and intrinsic motivation. Within this system, the human personality functions as a source of probabilities, generating possible trajectories of understanding and creative adaptation. Drawing upon neurocognitive research on reward prediction error (Friston, 2010; Schultz, 2016), intrinsic motivation (Deci Seth, 2021), the study integrates biological, ethical, and epistemic dimensions of awareness. The ascetic society thus represents a phase in which material sufficiency and educational accessibility enable hormonal self-regulation through knowledge, curiosity, and cooperative rationality. The model concludes that civilization can evolve from control through external reward systems to self-regulation through understanding, realizing a form of collective cognition purified of ideological distortion and grounded in empirical truth.
