Abstract

This document is version 1. 2 of the APR-Lite Substrate Version Manifest. It updates the runtimeᵢntegrityₕash from the value committed in SVM v1. 1 (DOI 10. 5281/zenodo. 19431206) to reflect workerᵥersionₗive advancement from 8. 3. 0-p39. 1 to 8. 3. 0-p39. 2. The frozen governance surface is unchanged: manifestₕash, invariantcount, haltcount, escalatecount, matcherₜypes, and authorityₜiers are identical to SVM v1. 1. The hash change reflects the addition of the chain genesis endpoint in p39. 2, which does not modify any frozen surface component.
