Abstract

This study presents a multi-wavelength validation of a predictive Priority Map developed from a systematic survey of 1,522 pulsars. By applying a Z-score filtering protocol, high-variance anomalies were cross-referenced with the Fermi-LAT 12-year Source Catalog (4FGL-DR3) and the ATNF Pulsar Database (v2.70). Results demonstrate that statistical outliers correlate strongly with high-energy states. This version (v2.0) includes a manual nomenclature audit to ensure IAU naming conventions are met for all 1,522 entries.
