Experimental studies have been conducted on a wooden technological pallet used for the production of concrete paving elements by the vibropress method. Based on research into operating conditions, it has been established that mechanical static and dynamic loads, as well as a humidity range of 60% to 95% and a temperature range of +10°C to +50°C, act on the technological pallet. It has been determined that, during a one-day usage cycle of the technological pallet, the average annual turnover is 250 cycles. Based on the results of tests on the wood of the technological pallet after 3, 6, 12 months, and 2, 3, 4, and 5 years of operation, its hardness was measured using the Pevzof method. A dependency of the hardness of the wood of the technological pallet on its duration of operation has been established.
