Background: Menstrual cups are a safe and sustainable option for menstrual hygiene management, yet their uptake remains limited in India. Conclusion: Despite high awareness, menstrual cup use remains low. Targeted educational and behavior change interventions are warranted to improve knowledge and MC use.
