The aim of this study was to evaluate the effect of FortiGest biostimulant and BIOXYMIN IFEED probiotic on meat productivity of Holstein bulls. The study was conducted from 2024 to 2025 at JSC Churachikskoe. Four groups of Holstein bulls, each with 10 animals, were formed: control, 1st (FortiGest), 2nd (BIOXYMIN IFEED) and 3rd (FortiGest + BIOXYMIN IFEED) experimental groups. FortiGest was administered intramuscularly three times at 3.0 ml, and BIOXYMIN IFEED was administered daily with the diet at 15 g/head. The animals were observed from birth to slaughter (14 months) and their zootechnical and slaughter characteristics were assessed. The combined use of FortiGest and BIOXYMIN IFEED (Group 3) significantly improved meat productivity. The slaughter weight of Group 3 bulls was 254.42 kg, exceeding the control by 15.49 kg (6.48%, P < 0.001), with a slaughter yield of 52.72% (+1.4%). The chilled carcass weight reached 242.10 kg (+14.5 kg, 6.4%, P < 0.01). The pulp weight increased to 194.20 kg (+15.2 kg, 8.5%, P<0.01), its yield was 80.25% (control 78.67%), while the weight of premium grade pulp reached 46.8 kg (+15.84%, P<0.01), first grade – 98.9 kg (+15.13%). The meatiness index increased to 4.63 (control 4.41, P<0.05). An increase in the weight of valuable cuts was noted: back breast by 6.22 kg (+9.13%), loin by 3.37 kg (+14.63%), hip by 5.70 kg (+7.67%). The use of FortiGest and BIOXYMIN IFEED effectively increases meat productivity of Holstein bulls, improving slaughter quality, carcass morphology and meat grade.
