DES V3.2 introduces a quant-calibrated enhancement to the David Edward Scherer Formula by transforming previously qualitative macroeconomic and catalyst inputs into structured numerical variables. This framework enables probability-weighted outputs, improves consistency across investment evaluations, and supports systematic backtesting. The model retains its core structural breakout engine based on acceleration, institutional confirmation, structural narrative, and technical timing signals, while integrating a Macro Regime Score (MRS) and Catalyst Impact Score (CIS). These additions allow for standardized measurement of external conditions and event-driven catalysts. A timing multiplier further refines entry precision, and the introduction of probability bands and scenario-based forecasts (bull, base, and bear cases) enhances decision-making transparency. DES V3.2 represents a transition toward semi-quantitative investing by embedding bounded inputs, repeatable scoring, and probabilistic outputs into the analytical process.
