Key result: The Artosphere potential VArt (s) = v4 (s−1/φ2) 2/ (1−s−s2) is derived, not postulated. The denominator 1−s−s2 equals det (I−s·Nτ) where Nτ is the fusion matrix of the Z3-graded Cl (6) spinor with the Fibonacci fusion rule τ⊗τ = 1⊕τ. Proof chain: Cl (6) → Spin (6) ≅SU (4) → center Z3=center (SU (3) color) → spinor decomposition 8=2·1+3·ω+3·ω2 → effective 1, τ categories → τ⊗τ=1⊕τ (Z3 charge addition mod 3) → Nτ=[0, 1, 1, 1] with eigenvalues φ and −1/φ → det (I−sN) =1−s−s2 = VArt denominator. This eliminates Axiom A2 from the Artosphere framework. VArt is now a theorem of Cl (6), reducing the framework to a single axiom: Ψ∈Cl (9, 1). Two verification scripts included (24/25 tests passed). The same Fibonacci fusion mechanism underlies topological quantum computing with Fibonacci anyons, establishing a direct connection between QCD color confinement and topological order.
