Cellular senescence is a central driver of aging and age‑related diseases. Multiple senolytic (senescent‑cell‑clearing) and senomorphic (secretome‑suppressing) agents are available, some with established safety profiles. This roadmap synthesizes current evidence from global research (Western, Japanese, Chinese, Russian), highlights gaps, and proposes actionable research directions. A new plain‑language section translates findings for the general public. The work is a collaboration between a human psychophysiologist and an AI, embodying transparent, non‑transactional, evidence‑based partnership. Keywords: cellular senescence, senolytics, senomorphics, healthspan, global research, human‑AI collaboration, public guidance
